Authorized Methamphetamine Use, Coverups, and Crimes Against James and his Children

McCracken County Sheriff’s Office and the McCracken County Commonwealth Attorney’s Office failed to follow “THE OFFICE OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL’S GUIDELINES REGARDING THE USE OF CRIMINAL INFORMANTS” protection of innocent people.

I.(C)(5) Whenever a JLEA has authorized a CI to engage in Tier 1 or 2 Otherwise illegal Activity. It must take all reasonable steps to: (a) supervise closely the illegal activities of the CI;
(b) minimize the adverse effect of the authorized Otherwise illegal Activity on innocent individuals; and(c) ensure that the CI does not profit from his or her participation in the authorized Otherwise illegal Activity.

   When James Samples requested that his children be brought home and taken from the homeless meth environment, James was threatened with false arrest. Not only was James hit with false arrests, he had the CPS commit perjury, lawyers file false police reports, lawyers withheld evidence proving James’ innocence, and Commonwealth Attorneys committed perjury at Emergency Custody Hearings, where James was forbidden from testifying and presenting evidence. McCracken County Circuit Court Judges flat told James that they would accept Perjury against him.

   At the time of this writing, James is charged with Flagrant Non-Child Support (Not Paying for Meth), while James was being judicially assaulted and ran out of the country. Keeping with the Commonwealth’s tradition of attacking James and his children, James is once again from testifying and presenting evidence via a motion filed by a Commonwealth of Attorney’s daughter of a Commonwealth of Attorney who refused to give emergency protection to a female witness, and is guilty in the false arrests and imprisonment of James on charges of impersonating a peace officer by claiming to be some sort of Anti-Terrorist instructor.
